About Emma

I’m 18 years old and currently a university student in my first year (out of 3) studying a Bachelor of Music degree at the Australian Institute of Music. I want to finish my degree and hopefully go on to study a diploma or even a master’s of education to be able to continue my teaching career.

I started teaching in my last couple of months of high school as I have a strong passion for music and took great inspiration from my own piano teacher. I enjoy teaching as it’s fun and allows me to pass on my skills and knowledge to other people. It’s great to get to know my students and build a connection with them and hope that they enjoy learning music as much as I did when I was their age.
