I have coached tumbling, power tumbling, trampoline, beam, bars, vault, double mini, and floor!
I have coached ages 3-17.
I have competed in two different types of gymnastics!

Gentle but structured. I believe in you even when you cannot believe in yourself. Gymnastics can be tough but mental needs to be tougher. Everyone is capable of doing things you will never believe. I think that everyone needs a little bit of flipping around in their life. :)
