About Bhavik

First of all... Namaskaran. I am Bhavik.
The first thing that you need to know about me is that I am a movement practitioner with a strong blend of interest in research and development in the field of Calisthenics. I am passionate about developing different physical arts, training, and living authentic experiences that can help me educate myself in all the fields I believe are valuable and meaningful.
My practice has always been determined by a constant interchange of a more rational approach to life, constituted of academic studies and readings of all sorts, and a more open, creative, and emotion-driven dimension.

About the lesson

Objective:
As a coach my prior goal is to help you to achieve the range of your joints and condition your body simultaneously because the joint is the one that initiates body movement, muscles will reduce the effort.

Techniques and methods, it varies person to person in context to their lifestyle and performance.

Class structure:
The first day starts with Mobility Drills and Movements with Low-Intensity Steady State
The next day begins with Circuit Training to boost the whole body and generate more power.
After that, we focus on the progression where an individual lacks or holding back from upgrading fitness performance.
Followed by Strengthening and Conditioning in sync with skill progression.

My unique feature is I focus on Movement and help the body to function as one single unit and learn new skills and its variation.

This class is Specially customized for Corporate peoples, Businessman and High-Profiles.
