About Abby
I am a student at Saint Mary’s University of MN where I am a Musical Theatre major. I have spent my summers assisting professional vocalists with their vocal camps and working with ages 4-14 individuals. I have sang in the Iowa All State Chorus twice, been awarded Outstanding Performance in a Principal Role by the Iowa High School Musical Theatre Association twice, sang lead for a rock band for 4 years, and have performed individually countless times. I can also play piano and am able to accompany others.

My teaching method is refining the skills one already has and adding new techniques that make sense to the student. I work collaboratively and want feedback from the student about how they think they are doing and what they like/dislike. For older students, I work more technically, refining how the body interacts with the sound and the singing.
