About Nina
My teaching approach for piano focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe that effective communication is key to understanding each student's needs and goals. By encouraging open dialogue, I ensure that students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and questions.
Integrity is essential in my teaching, as I strive to create a trusting relationship with my students. I set high standards for myself and encourage my students to aim for excellence in their music journey. I also emphasize cultural sensitivity, recognizing that music is a universal language that connects people from different backgrounds.
In addition to piano, I integrate music theory, composition, and improvisation into lessons, helping students understand the broader context of the music they play. I use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on practice, listening exercises, and creative projects. My goal is to develop not just skilled pianists but also confident musicians who can express themselves through music.
