About Tom
Having gained 2 years of both conservatoire and university music education, I am a graduate with substantial experience of performing, composing and teaching music. I have tutored students since the start of my university course and thoroughly enjoyed it all. In recent years I have participated in various ensembles and solo performances, touring countries such as Barbados, Peru and India.

I offer both classical and jazz lessons up to Diploma standard. In particular I encourage ear training, improvisation practice and technical work, but also theory, harmony and repertoire exploration. My aim is to create versatility and variation amongst musicians in order to maximise knowledge and musicianship.
