• When did you start your personal development journey? What motivated this choice?

  I started my personal development journey at a young age, around 16 years old. The motivation came from a desire to excel and make a significant impact in my community. I realized early on that continuous self-improvement and learning were key to achieving my ambitious goals, and I wanted to equip myself with the necessary skills and mindset to overcome any challenges I might face.

• Describe your own understanding of "personal development" and what it can bring in the short and long term?

  Personal development, to me, is the ongoing process of evaluating and enhancing one's skills, knowledge, and emotional intelligence to achieve one's full potential. In the short term, it brings increased self-awareness, better decision-making skills, and immediate improvements in professional and personal relationships. In the long term, it leads to sustained personal growth, career advancement, and a more fulfilling and balanced life.

• Could you share some practical tips to help improve self-confidence?

  Improving self-confidence involves a few practical steps:
  1. Set Achievable Goals: Start with small, manageable goals and gradually increase their complexity. Achieving these goals boosts confidence.
  2. Positive Self-talk: Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations.
  3. Continuous Learning: Acquire new skills and knowledge, which can empower you and make you feel more competent.
  4. Body Language: Maintain good posture, eye contact, and a firm handshake. These physical cues can reinforce your internal confidence.
  5. Surround Yourself with Positive People: Build a supportive network that encourages and believes in you.

• Do you think a teacher can learn from his or her students? Have you experienced this?

  Absolutely, a teacher can learn a great deal from their students. Teaching is a dynamic exchange where both parties can grow. I've often found that my students' questions and perspectives have challenged me to think differently, stay curious, and continuously update my own knowledge. This reciprocal learning process makes teaching incredibly rewarding.

• Which people represent personal and professional success in your opinion?

  Personal and professional success is epitomized by individuals who have achieved excellence while maintaining their integrity and contributing positively to society. For me, figures like Nelson Mandela for his resilience and leadership, Oprah Winfrey for her influence and philanthropy, and Elon Musk for his innovation and bold vision represent this balance of personal and professional success.

• What are your hobbies and how do they affect your energy and morale?

  I enjoy reading, traveling, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Reading expands my knowledge and keeps me inspired. Traveling provides new perspectives and experiences, fueling my creativity and innovation. Mentoring is deeply fulfilling as it allows me to give back and see the positive impact of my guidance on others. These activities keep my energy levels high and positively impact my morale by adding balance and joy to my life.

• Which audiences are your classes geared towards? Could they be open to all?

  My classes are primarily geared towards young professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and business leaders. However, the principles of personal development and business acumen I teach are universal and can be adapted to benefit a wide range of audiences, including students and individuals seeking career transitions. So, yes, they are open to all who are eager to learn and grow.

• Being a Superprof requires some adaptability. Could you tell us how you adapt your approach based on your assessment of the student's needs?

  Adaptability is key to effective teaching. I start by assessing each student's current level of knowledge, learning style, and goals. This involves asking questions, listening actively, and sometimes using diagnostic assessments. Based on this information, I tailor my teaching methods, materials, and pace to fit their unique needs. I also continuously seek feedback and adjust my approach to ensure the student is engaged and progressing effectively.
