About Raji
As a recent post graduate student from reputed SRI VENKATESWARA UNIVERSITY in FOOD TECHNOLOGY. I have good knowledge in food processing and novel techniques and worked as R & D - Executive with good exposure to research and new food product development especially of millet base.
Previously I also involved in several projects which are related to microbiology ( on probiotic gut microflora) , food processing and preservation ( on health mix with moringa )and New food product development ( on fortified frozen vegan jackfruit patties). I have good exposure to different processing techniques and research ideas while I was working with Dr. sarada from CSIR-CFTRI , MYSORE for my project work of developing health mix for malnourished children in CSIR incubation center.
I also held an internship at PARAMOUNT NUTRITIONS ( CO- PACKER FOR BRITANNIA BISCUITS) ,BIDADI , BANGALORE as a quality control analyst and inventory maintenance. I also held an internship in SEED ( SOCIETY FOR ENERGY ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT) , which is an NGO organization located in jubilee hills, Hyderabad .DFRL recognized & well equipped laboratory with hands on experience training for all food quality tests.

One of the special feature would be friendly way of teaching in an understandable way and helps in food processing and preservation projects.
