About the lesson

I can teach by creating a good friendship with students and find the way of their understanding. I was qualified with the postgraduate degree of MSc Engineering Management by Nottingham Trent University. In 2017, I have successfully completed my BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree in University of Wolverhampton. For my bachelor degree, I have successfully achieved what I aimed by proving a free electricity generation system as my final year project. The project is called “Speed Breaker Electricity Generation with Air Compression System”. It was based on renewable energy by using vehicle weight and both mechanical and electronic systems. For my master degree, I have successfully presented a master thesis which was called “Innovations in Supply Chain Management (SCM) within the Automotive Industry and Their Application in the Nascent Automotive Industry in Turkey”. I had an opportunity to investigate and analyse the supply chain management content during doing my master thesis. Therefore, I have gained excellent knowledge about the implementations of SCM, principles and processes of SCM, inbound and outbound logistics, ABC analysis, CRM, CSM, SRM, ERP software, EDI system, IoT concept (harnessing technology, big data, cloud-based TMS, RFID, advanced weighing technology etc.), push and pull manufacturing strategies, lean manufacturing concept (Heijunka, Kanban, Jidoka, Andon, poka-yoke, 5S, Takt time, Bottleneck Analysis, Continuous flow, Gemba, Hoshin Kanri, Just-in-time, Kaizen, KPIs, OEE, PDCA Cycle, Root Cause Analysis, SMED, Six big losses, Smart, Standardised work, TPM, Visual Factory, 3D Printing) and Seven wastes. Additionally, I had an excellent chance to learn more and get more knowledge about how Supply Chain Management can be applied to the all processes of a business.
