About Sarah
The movement of body, mind and soul has always fascinated me. Even as a child, I was very active, climbing trees and other obstacles. I tried everything from acrobatics and kickboxing to volleyball. I always enjoyed pushing myself to the limit and found my calling in weightlifting. Despite all this, my lower back, feet and knees often hurt. My posture was rather unnatural. During my training as a sports assistant from 2015 to 2017, I laid the foundation for my coaching career. Alongside this, I was able to put my theoretical knowledge into practice at a fitness studio. Since January 2018, I have been working independently as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Following several certifications and travels, I discovered how to become pain-free and support my body and mind. Through targeted and intuitive physical and mental training, I have found my path to a better quality of life. Through meditation and dance, I find inner peace, become more focused and more creative! I enjoy combining different movement styles and listening to what my body needs at any given moment. Nutrition, detox (fasting), breath-work, fascia and mobility are also among my areas of expertise. I also practice soft acrobatics myself, which influences my sessions and can support you. My studies as a life coach at DHGS Berlin (2017-2021) taught me how to be a coach and how to combine body and mind with my training. And that's exactly what I want to share! Through my additional training in massage and bodywork, I can support you holistically.

In my 60-minute personal training sessions, I address the individual needs of my clients: from Pilates and Feldenkrais to functional strength training, acrobatics, handstands, breath-work and meditation. With my training as a sports assistant and my Bachelor of Science degree in Life Coaching, I connect body and mind with your needs and support you in achieving your goals. We will also discuss nutrition and lifestyle upon request and depending on your objectives.

Bei Sarah merkt man halt einfach, dass sie super viel Ahnung hat von dem, was sie sagt.
