About Natália
Hello :) I’m Natália, a Brazilian personal trainer and movement teacher based in Brazil. I hold a degree in Physical Education and work with strength training, functional training, and movement practices that respect each person’s rhythm, lifestyle, and individuality.
I’m also a professional dancer, and my background in different movement disciplines: such as dance, Pilates, yoga, swimming, and Cross Training inspires me to create sessions that go beyond standard workouts, focusing on well-being, awareness, and pleasure in movement.
I speak three languages, but my main focus is working with Brazilians living abroad who wish to stay connected to their roots while taking care of their bodies and health. I believe movement can be a powerful bridge between body, culture, and identity.
My work is calm, attentive, and personalized, always aiming to make exercise a positive and sustainable experience, without pressure, but with intention and care.

I offer a different approach to training: lighter, respectful, and focused on improving health, quality of life, and natural movement.
I’m a Brazilian personal trainer based in Brazil, and I work exclusively online. My classes are designed for Brazilians living abroad who want to stay connected to their roots, as well as for people from other cultures who are currently living in Brazil and wish to work with a Brazilian teacher.
I believe exercise should be a positive part of your routine, not a source of pressure or excessive demands. My sessions are built with care, listening, and individuality, always respecting your rhythm, needs, and goals.
I use movement as a tool for well-being, balance, and autonomy. The focus is on helping you feel comfortable and confident in your body, creating sustainable habits that make sense in real life.
