About Sabrina
Hi!
My name is Sabrina and I am ready to help you take the next step in your fitness journey.
A bit about me:
I currently work independently in London and now that my son is older, I am able to take on new clients!
Previous to working privately, I was the longest standing female Personal Trainer and PT manager at Gymbox, Old Street and have a great deal of knowledge in the following areas: weight loss and body sculpting for women; correct and safe exercise techniques; postural correction; stretching and flexibility work etc. I love personalising programmes in a manner that both motivates my clients and ensures they reach their goals – and let's be real, smashing goals is really what it’s all about!
*I am a 1st Dan (black belt) in Shotokan Karate and also have experience boxing.
*I rowed for over 2 years for my college at Cambridge University.
*I pole dance (and love it!) – I absolutely love preparing people in the gym with upper body and core workouts if they are looking to try out this great sport in future!
*Flexibility work – particularly lower body (splits stretching etc.) is an area I also adore.
*I have a great deal of experience with postural correction. I have scoliosis (which does not stop me at all following two major surgeries!) and have worked for over 10 years with individuals with spinal and neck issues who wish to continue exercising in a safe manner.
*I grew up in a sport centre and am so passionate about fitness and what it can do for not only the body but one’s state of mind. I am a big believer in intentional living and I would definitely consider being healthy as falling into one of my core values!
*I am learning to pole dance (and love it!) - I absolutely love preparing people in the gym with upper body and core workouts if they are looking to try out this great sport in future!
*Flexibility work – particularly lower body (splits stretching etc.) is an area I also adore.
*My main goal is to motivate women to truly believe in themselves and to see what they are capable of! Being strong leads to feeling empowered and this in turn leads to changes in so many other areas in life.
I am mostly available in the daytime but could potentially arrange for an evening or morning consultation.

Following an initial consultation, we will make a schedule that works for you and your needs.
Whether it's hitting a specific goal or working out to help you gain confidence in other areas of your life, I will use my years of experience to ensure that you feel supported in your fitness journey. WE will do it TOGETHER!
Each session lasts for 45 minutes and the sessions will pack a punch!!
