About Shantell
I recently gave birth and I would like to share with people a healthy lifestyle I have adopted to lose weight as well as staying healthy. I am proud to say I have lost 13lbs in one month! I have helped so many people and it is amazing seeing the results!

My teaching method is to encourage people to challenge themselves everyday to make the right decision on eating right as it is hard to substitute a tasty doughnut to a fruit for a snack. Weight problem also comes with depression and when one starts to work on their body it has a positive impact on their mind.
