About Tiffany

Post graduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing, I have worked in many various hospitals across Victoria & NSW (Private & Public). My specialities include Cardiothoracic & Perioperative Anaesthetics & PACU are my specialities.

I've mentored and privately tutored a range of undergraduate RN students (1st, 2nd and 3rd years), all students have received distinction results and all received employment in their desired New Grad program.

As well as that, I have also helped post graduate nurses complete their Graduate Certificate & Masters with desirable results.

I have a passion now in mentoring & guiding the next generation of nurses to be switched on, resourceful and most importantly be a strong advocate for their patients.

About the lesson

I believe everyone learns differently, so I approach all my lessons with a strong focus on helping each student achieve their learning objectives.

I encourage my students to critically think of each of their nursing care/rationales and really ensure they understand why they do what they do (even the little steps).

I further challenge their thinking by providing them with questions and various patient scenarios that I have witnessed and experienced over the last decade to empower them to become a better RN.
