About Sarah

I'm born and raised in France where I lived my ALL life, until I decided to move to America in 2022. At that moment I started to teach French to my American niece and decided to extend this for more kids and adults. Because I think it's a beautiful language to learn and it's always cool to know multiple languages, it's also useful even in a professional environment. I’m a funny and easy person I love teaching and always do my best to make you progress !! My first lesson is free, like that we can get to know each other better and see what's wrong with your learning journey, and adapt our future classes together. I have the possibility to give collective classes too if it's something you are interested in. Trust me haha you'll have a lot of fun and you'll learn the real way to speak French and not only the academic ways :) I look forward to working with you and I can't wait to meet you !!!

About the lesson

We will review all the basics of the language with games, and memo technique which is an easy and funny way to learn. If you have a better level we will go through the vocabulary and grammar. It's the most complicated part about the French language, but it’ll help with pronunciation and talking. All my courses are made by myself and are perfectly adapted for any level. I adapt my courses for each student, in order to achieve their goals and make sure they have a fun time during our lessons !!

If it's a collective class, after 3 students at the same time I start to charge 20$ instead of 25$ an hour, because it's not a private lesson. I still think that it's cool to be more people because that can lead to fun games, and more ways to learn with plenty of people because you'll be able to exchange with them and everybody's gonna help each other :) I teach groups of kids or groups of adults, even family if some family wants to learn a new language together !
