My classes are designed based on each individual’s requirements, so every session is personalized and meaningful. In a 1-hour class, I teach prenatal yoga along with guidance on what to eat in a day, how to maintain the body during pregnancy, and how to build a deep connection with the baby in the womb.
This connection and care can be very helpful both during pregnancy and after delivery. I also help mothers understand how to take care of their physical and emotional well-being throughout this journey. Any doubts or questions related to pregnancy, lifestyle, body care, or baby connection will be clearly addressed and explained during the sessions.
