About Adam
I’m a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience exploring movement, meditation, and contemplative practices. My training includes the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, as well as studies through the Tibet House and the David Nichtern Teacher Training program. I’ve taught students of all ages and backgrounds, always with a grounded approach and a light sense of humor. My goal is to help people reconnect with themselves and live with more awareness, balance, and ease—one breath at a time.
