About Amanda
I was first introduced to meditation 10 years ago and have studied and cultivated a practice of my own over the years. I’ve practiced a variety of different techniques, have taken courses, worked with experts, and have also done research at Goldin Lab at the University of California, Davis to prove the effectiveness of meditation on mental health. I’m now a certified Mindfulness Practitioner and am passionate about sharing just how impactful mindfulness and meditation can be with others to help them lead more centered and balanced lives.

I’ve been practicing and studying meditation for the last 10 years - it’s been a passion of mine that’s grown over the years as I’ve learned more about it and as I’ve gotten farther and farther into my practice. I’ve seen and experienced the profound effect a consistent practice can have in every aspect of our lives. There’s no one correct way to meditate so I aim to create a space for you and meet you where you’re at so that we can build a foundation from there. My focus is on empowering you to reconnect with yourself and your body so that you are able to work through any internal blocks (like stress or past trauma) with more confidence and ease after our time together.
