RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor from Sivanada Yoga Vedanta.
Additional certification in Gentle and Pre-Natal Yoga.
I was staff at the Sivanada Yoga Camp in Val Morin for 3 years.
I taught the basics of Yoga and Asanas in english and in french.
