Perfect! Deep and amazing meditation classes! Manisha is a talented teacher, it could be felt directly that strong knowledge and experience were being shared in her classes. My understanding of meditation improved amazingly, which helped me take a whole different approach on my daily routine, as well as being more calm and aware with regards to my current situation.
