Meditation not as a technique or action, but as a state of alert, non-judgmental awareness or "witnessing" that transcends the mind, becoming a quality of being present 24/7, even amidst activity. He emphasized that it's about being alone in bliss, watching thoughts without interference, allowing a deep inner silence to emerge where one discovers their true self, distinct from the mind. For me true meditation is a simple, natural state of being, not something you do but a state you become, leading to health, clarity, and awakening.
