I help stressed minds and heavy hearts feel clear, calm, and confident again.
Before I became a therapist and coach, I spent 25 years in the corporate world leading global teams and managing over 500 million in business. So I understand pressure, deadlines, burnout, and the feeling of carrying everything on your shoulders.
At the same time, I have spent more than 30 years on an inward journey. I bring both worlds into my work with you.

My sessions are designed to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life, one step at a time. I blend practical tools with deep inner work so you do not just talk about your problems, you actually shift them at the root.

How a Typical Session Works
In our first session, I listen. You share what you are going through, where you feel stuck, and what you want to change. Together we set clear intentions for our work.
From there, I select the right mix of methods for you. Every session is tailored. Some days we work gently with emotions, some days we focus on the mind, and some days we work with energy and the body. You always know what we are doing and why.
