The body needs movement. The mind needs stillness. Having faced major health issues prior to my practice, I have learnt the value of taking time off everything to breathe, energize and bring wholeness to my life. Join me to attain both in order to live the best quality of life.

I begin each session with some tai chi breathing exercises to open up the lung cavity, followed by guided meditation to open up the mind. The lessons are for anyone who wishes to learn and attain a better standard of living.
