About James
I have spent a lot of time in wudang china studying daoist healing methods. Living in the five immortals temple there.
I have also spent lots of time training and studying Kung fu, taichi qigong and various meditation techniques.
I have a very good biomachanic understanding and working knowledge of how the body the mind and realistic ways these can then be improved.

I take a very holistic approach dealing with everything, giving you the tools that you need to improve yourself.
Everyone of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
If you have a physical problem such as an illness or pains in your body; stress, anxiety, depression or any other mood related problems. If you have ceratain fears or mind blocks, struggling to learn a new subject, trying to get over a mental problem. Even if your an athlete training for an event or just looking to improve your fitness level.
These are small sample of the vast amount of things that I can help you to deal with yourself.
I am fully DBS checked and have both my safeguarding and first aid qualifications too.
