About Nick

My name is Nick, and I tutor GAMSAT Section 2 and the Casper test. I have sat the GAMSAT in 2025, so I am aware of what the current standard of the exam is. Many of my students have increased their score by as much as 15 in one sitting. Currently based in Melbourne, but commence first year medicine in September in the UK.

My first mark in S2 was 57 and on my final attempt, secured a mark of 80, placing me in the 99th percentile for S2. I have made the mistakes, so you do not have to.

In regards to the Casper test, many people over complicate their preparation, the key is to play to your strengths and show the characteristics, not necessarily that a good doctor has, but a good human. This is how I achieved a casper test of 4th quartile on two separate occasions.

The method I have constructed, means you study with purpose, write with direction and prepare your brain with an arsenal of knowledge that will fuel you in the GAMSAT. I am passionate about showing students that with the right system, dedication and effort, Section 2 can become their highest-scoring section.

About the lesson

Struggling with GAMSAT Section 2 or the Casper Test?
I used to as well.

I originally scored 57 in Section 2. However, after developing and refining the method I now teach—built on structure, deep thematic understanding, and unique evidence—I jumped to 77, then 78, and finally 80.

On the casper test, I scored 4th quartile (75-99th percentile) twice. Understanding the structure of the exam, what markers are looking for is vital for excelling in the exam.
