About Ilavarasi
I have been teaching Math informally since my school days. I was the Math Club Secretary in my school, a role given to students who scored good marks in math and had leadership skills. When I was in 10th standard, I helped a friend who was failing Math, and she later passed. During my college time, I taught an 11th standard junior for three months, and her marks improved from around 55 to above 80. I also helped a junior in my village score above 80. I studied Mechanical Engineering at Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University. My aim is to help every student improve — a failing student to pass, and an average student to become a topper. (remove the fear of math by good teaching)

1) My teaching approach: I believe math becomes easy when concepts are explained clearly and step by step. My main focus is to help students understand the logic behind problems, not just memorize formulas.
