About Alexandra
I am a linguistics and psychology student at Mcgill. My dream is to be a speech therapist because I am passionate about helping people communicate. I bring this passion to my ESL tutoring by helping my students improve their English reading, writing and oral skills. I pride myself on being accepting and encouraging.

It is important to me to get to know my students interests to accommodate my lessons to make them as fun as possible! I try to give my students reading material suited to their interests and encourage them to discuss topics which interest them when improving their speech skills.
My students are always reminded to not be afraid of their mistakes. My lessons are a judgment free space where corrections are always given alongside praise for improvement.
I can tutor elementary and high school students.
