About Surya

I am a social researcher studying various issues of development and wish to pursue a career in academics. I have recently completed M.A. in development and labor studies from JNU. Being a graduate of management studies I have specialization in finance and HR too.

About the lesson

I believe teaching methods depend on the nature and quantity of students. For large groups I prefer lecture both with ample space for discussions. To develop understanding of a subject it is necessary for a student to picturize whatever is thought. And that needs a healthy engagement of the learner. So, lectures, group discussion, assignments and also video-based learning are my ways of teaching.
