About Piers
My professional background is in Human Resources - so looking after the interests of individuals and helping them grow has always been at the heart of my work.
Coaching is currently an unregulated sector, meaning anyone can call themselves a coach... I take my approach to coaching seriously having invested substantially in my own development having received enriching tuition, guidance, and supervision from incredible coaches.
I have lived in Australia, Canada, the Middle East, Pakistan, and the UK - still with still a love for travelling and being off the beaten track. I'm fascinated by learning from others to understand and appreciate different cultures and perspectives.
I am a proud family man and I love dogs.

Using effective coaching techniques, NLP, CBT, and positive psychology, we'll work together to make lasting positive change in your life, mindset or career. You deserve it!
I am calm and respectful, helping create a safe space for the coachee to talk honestly and freely. Despite consideration given to tailored session plans with a tools and techniques from a range of coaching methodologies, I remain adaptable and instinctive to work in the moment so long as there be perceived value for you as the client.
Sessions tend to last between 45-90 minutes since this can often be dictated by mutual availabilities. On average, I'll work with clients for approximately 9 hours (e.g., 6 x 90 minute sessions) over the course of a few months (1-2 weeks between sessions).
L7 ILM Executive Coach with EMCC Accreditation (in English this means I am qualified and experienced working with Directors and C-Level people in organisations - but I don't limit my expertise to this group exclusively and it's not only career focused). I've worked as a leadership and life coach since 2020, during which clients have had a range of backgrounds and dreams.
What is important is that you choose the coach who is right for you - I have been told that I am easy to talk to and a good listener. All of my clients have expressed as much too. But we selected each other so this makes sense...
This is why I offer free consultation sessions for us to explore whether (1) my support is genuinely what you are looking for and (2) we are a good fit!
