About Gauri
I pursued a B.Sc in Mathematics followed by an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, driven by a passion for patterns, logic, and problem-solving. Over 11 years, I have guided learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate algebra, calculus, geometry, and probability with clarity, patience, and structured support. My teaching approach emphasizes understanding over memorization, reasoning over rote, and exploration over passive learning, ensuring students gain both knowledge and confidence.
I focus on personalized lessons, adapting methods to each student’s level and learning style. Beginners receive supportive guidance to build strong foundations, while advanced learners explore challenging problems, modeling, and conceptual reasoning. Lessons include real-world applications, interactive exercises, and problem-solving techniques to reinforce learning and inspire curiosity.
Outside teaching, I engage with mathematics through research, applied projects, and interdisciplinary applications, bringing fresh insights into lessons. Watching students progress from uncertainty to mastery, develop confidence in problem-solving, and cultivate a love for mathematics is immensely rewarding.
