About Rajendra
"Hi! I am a PhD Candidate in Pure Mathematics, specializing in Functional Analysis. I completed MSc in mathematics from IIT Palakkad. I spend my days researching abstract, infinite-dimensional spaces, but my absolute favorite part of being a mathematician is teaching.
Who I am:
Before I was a researcher, I was a student who had to learn how to study math the hard way. I know exactly what it feels like to stare at a textbook and feel completely lost, and I know the exact steps it takes to turn that confusion into clarity. Over my academic career, I have developed a deep appreciation for not just solving problems, but understanding the beautiful logic behind them.
Why I teach:
I want to share my knowledge because I believe that nobody is inherently 'bad at math.' Usually, they just haven't had it explained to them in a way that clicks with their brain. I teach to help students experience those 'aha!' moments. Whether you want to pursue a career in STEM or you just want to pass your required classes and never look at calculus again, I am here to make your journey smoother, less stressful, and maybe even a little fun."
