About Oluwamayowa
My name is Amoye Oluwamayowa and I am a mathematics graduate. I have been tutoring for 7 years.
I studied the subject to degree level, so I understand where each topic leads.
When a student asks why a formula works, I can answer it properly instead of telling them to memorize the rule.
That matters, because most students lose confidence at the exact point where the explanation stops making sense.
I have taught numbers of students, from junior secondary level up to [SSCE/JAMB] candidates. I prepare before every lesson, keep to time, and track what each student is getting wrong.

I teach math by first finding out what a student already knows. Every new student starts with a short check so I can see the gaps before we begin.
From there we work problems step by step. I explain a method once, solve one example together, then let the student try the next one alone. I also ask them to explain the answer back to me, because that shows whether they understood it or only copied it.
Practice questions follow each class.
I teach very well including those preparing for [exam].
