About Regine

I am a dancer who has had her fair share of experience with injuries from overworking/overstretching. Since starting Pilates, I have become so much stronger and grounded in my movement and I have witnessed the great benefits of regular Pilates practice on my posture and the way I carry myself.

I am passionate about the importance of movement in modern society and I would love to be able to teach you how to become stronger and more mobile in your daily life!

About the lesson

With a certified Level 3 mat Pilates qualification, my classes will be tailored to your needs after an in-depth postural analysis.

Pilates is a form of low-impact movement that focuses on how you move particularly from your core, not just how much you move. It’s about building strength, mobility, and control so your body works better in everyday life, not just in workouts.

Each lesson is 50 minutes, suitable for absolute beginners-intermediate. The first free 30 min lesson will consist of a postural analysis, understanding your body and range of movement in order to tailor the lesson to you, we can schedule the first lesson to be 1 hour and 20 min long to begin with.

Perfect! Coming from a martial arts background, I’m used to high-intensity discipline, but I wanted to try Pilates to work on my mobility and compliment my current skills.

Regine made a fantastic first impression during our trial. She is patient, friendly, and a has a calm demeanor. Her instructions were precise and she uses a visual example as well - similar to the way I approach teaching.

Highly recommended; a credit to Superprof, and I’m looking forward to seeing how her training translates to my own practice.
