About Lauren
I have a physiotherapy assistant diploma, BSc. Exercise science, Body Harmonics Mat Pilates certification with postural assessment and pre/post natal training and am an ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP). I have been working in the fitness industry for over 6 years now, most recently working as a CEP at an exercise clinic training people with chronic health conditions and helping to create healthy habits and lifestyle change.
