About Alexander
I graduated as a trainer at Russian State University Of Physical Culture in 1998 and upgraded to master's degree in 2010.
I've been working as a personal trainer since 1997 in most well-known fitness centers in Moscow, Russia (World Class, Planet Fitness, Reebok System etc.) and as a personal home coach.
I have a huge experience in training all kinds of people: men, women and kids from 10 to 67 years old.
I'm a Certified Technogym Kinesis Instructor.
I'm a candidate in the Master Of Sports in kickboxing, powerlifting, bodybuilding and Olympic weightlifting. Moscow and Russia medalist in kickboxing and powerlifting and the Russian Bodybuilding Cup 2013 finalist.
My competitions in USA include Muscle Beach International Classic vice-champion in heavyweight bodybuilding and a lot of wins at different Olympic weightlifting meets including American Open 2018 and Olympia Cup 2015.

Strength and cardiovascular training, stretching.
Olympic weightlifting training for all levels.
Workouts at your home/apartment building, commercial gym you prefer or gym in my apartment complex in Marina del Rey.
No modern "new", "secret" exercises, diets or methods of training. Only SAFE and scientific approached training.
Any additional support (nutrition, regimen, supplementation etc.) included.
You "eat nothing but gaining weight"? Or maybe "I eat the whole day but cannot gain any muscles"? I'll teach how to organize your nutrition to achieve the results you need!
Don't spend your money on "new" training systems or "4-week online courses trainers". Go to professional! Your result is my job since 1997!
