About Me
I'm Trevor — Master Trainer, Nutritionist, and owner of Hairston Family Fitness and Youth Athlete Development Academy. For over 20 years I've helped busy adults lose fat and keep it off, and athletes get faster, stronger, and more explosive without burning out or getting injured.

I don't do cookie-cutter plans. Every client gets training + nutrition + accountability built around your real life.

• Fat Loss & Body Transformation: Strength training, metabolic conditioning, and habit-based nutrition that works long-term • Strength & Conditioning: Build lean muscle, improve mobility, and boost energy • Nutrition Coaching: Meal planning, macro guidance, and sustainable eating — no crash diets • Online Coaching via App: Custom workouts, video form checks, and weekly check-ins

1. Assessment - Goals, movement screen, lifestyle, and nutrition history 2. Custom Plan - Workouts + nutrition built for YOUR schedule 3. Coaching & Accountability - Form correction, progress tracking, and adjustments weekly
Perfect for beginners to advanced, ages 12 to 60+. In-person sessions and fully remote coaching available worldwide.

First session includes a full consultation + game plan.
