About Sparkle

I am a cellist from Hong Kong, I have been teaching cello and music theory for more than 5 years. I am a graduate at the Royal College of Music for a Master in music performance. I am completely in love with the cello, it has to be the most beautiful instrument because its range of tone is relatively close to the human voice. It is absolutely a joy for me to pass my passion and skill to the student, I am a patient teacher, I enjoy teaching a lot especially when I see my student achieve where they want!

About the lesson

I believe that every student has unlimited potential, confidence and believing are some of the important keys to success. I tend to create a positive environment for students to learn the cello in a healthy way. I adapt to different needs of the student and offer the solution and self-awareness to achieve efficient practice. Lesson available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Perfect! I have now had a few lessons with Sparkle. He is approachable, friendly and patient. He is clearly and accomplished cellist and I am at the very beginning of my journey as an older student. However, he is able to nudge me in the right direction so that I am progressing. An excellent teacher. I would highly recommend Sparkle to anyone who wants to learn the cello.
