About Kyra
Diction and articulation are foundational to my approach alongside tone and resonance, sight singing, microphone technique, warm-up exercises, performance confidence, rhythm and phrasing, head and chest voice, belting technique, and vibrato control. I admit that navigating vocal mechanics can feel intimidating at first. My 13 years of experience help me support vocalists from their very first lesson to performance level.
I hold a Master of Music in Vocal Studies from Queensland Conservatorium and I enjoy welcoming new singers. Let us start singing together.

Singers reach a point where technical clarity meets genuine emotional expression during their performance. Imagine yourself standing at the microphone delivering a phrase with total ease and accurate pitch.
My method includes a diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student to determine your starting point. I utilize my background from Queensland Conservatorium to guide you through 9 separate stages of development in each session.
We build foundational habits over 13 years of teaching practice. You will find that my lessons focus on consistent technical growth. I hope to help you find your voice as we work through these vocal exercises. It becomes quite simple once you understand the mechanics involved.
