About Pamela

I am an online nutrition coach and fitness expert who knows the key to building a strong, lean, fit body starts with proper nutrition.

I charge $40 a month for diet and nutrition support via WhatsApp.

I ask my students to track the food they've eaten each day in MyFitnessPal or a free calorie tracker. At the end of the day, I ask for the calories eaten to be sent to me with a snapshot of the day.

I will create a daily calorie zone for you each week after you check in with your weight. I track your calories and weight as we adjust for weight loss or gain.

I don't do fad diets. I ask for protein levels, fruit and vegetables, and 90% of your calories to be from healthy food. There are no shortcuts to a healthy body.

As your coach, you can expect a sustainable and realistic approach to losing weight for good. My 65-pound weight loss journey has taught her the importance of watching macros and calories to achieve long-lasting results. I can help you with this hurdle, too!

At first it was extremely hard but what isn’t when you start something new, so I kept trying and before I knew it I was doing it in my sleep. Whenever I couldn’t do something we kept going at it and before the week was over I was able to do it with ease.

Eventually I wanted to back into a public school and my mom finally did so. Once I got in I thought I was going to struggle because there’s no one going to help me little step by little step.
