With 10 years of experience as an English and Italian teacher, I'm specialized in CLIL and TEFL methodologies, adapting each lesson to the learner’s profile, goals, and level—from young learners to adults. My lessons are dynamic, structured, and designed to develop critical thinking, whether you're learning academic speaking/writing or colloquial Italian. As a British teacher examiner (C2 certified), I use code-switching (English/Italian) when needed to ensure clarity. I’ve successfully prepared students for English proficiency tests (IELTS, Cambridge, etc.) and Italian certifications (CELI, CILS). Every lesson follows a clear framework while remaining personalized: Lead-in – Engaging discussion or activity to introduce the topic. Focus on Meaning, Form & Pronunciation – Elicitation, drilling, and targeted practice. Semi-Controlled Practice – Guided exercises to build confidence. Freer Practice – Real-life application (e.g., role-plays, debates, writing tasks). I emphasize student-centered learning, tailoring materials to learners' interests—whether it’s grammar, fluency, or exam prep.
