About Isolde
I’m a passionate Chess tutor with 7 years of experience, teaching over 150 students across high schools and colleges. I believe Chess builds focus, patience, and smart thinking, and I love helping students grow through the game. My goal is to make learning Chess fun, clear, and meaningful. Many of my students have won school-level and inter-college competitions, which has been a proud part of my journey. I always adapt my teaching to match each student’s level and pace. Watching them improve and gain confidence is the most rewarding part of my work.

My teaching methodology for Chess is based on real-life examples, classic case studies, and practical thinking. I help students understand each move with purpose and strategy, not just memorization. I believe motivation is key, so I keep sessions inspiring and encouraging, helping learners stay focused and confident throughout their journey.
Problem-solving is at the heart of how I teach. I guide students to analyze positions, think critically, and plan ahead—skills useful in both Chess and life. Integrity and sportsmanship are values I promote during every session, along with flexibility in adapting to each student's pace and learning style.
I also teach subjects related to Chess, offering a complete learning experience. My goal is to make each student not only a stronger player, but also a better thinker. Every lesson is a step toward clarity, growth, and mastery.
