I’m Mark JW Graham, the Midlands’ leading vocal coach and a Certified specialist in Speech Level Singing. My award-winning Nottingham studio is the choice of singers seeking fast, lasting results — from beginners building confidence to touring professionals refining their craft. I teach with a bespoke, results-driven approach, blending proven technique with over 20 years’ performance experience across jazz, pop, rock, folk, and R&B. Many students come to me after trying other teachers or methods without getting the results they wanted. In just one or two sessions, they often notice breakthroughs in ease, range, tone, and overall vocal confidence. My focus is on rapid, lasting improvements that you can feel straight away, with every lesson delivering clear, measurable progress. Your voice is an instrument — and like any instrument, it can be trained to perform with consistency, power, and ease. My lessons are built on proven, world-class methodology, certified in Speech Level Singing (SLS) and the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA), and informed by ongoing study with some of the world’s top voice experts. This approach is rooted in the centuries-old Bel Canto tradition, revitalised by master coach Seth Riggs — the man behind some of the most iconic voices of the past 50+ years, including Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and Ray Charles. I’ve trained directly with leading figures such as Greg Enriquez, Jeffrey Skouson, and Spencer Welch, and I bring that expertise to every student I work with. The goal is simple: connect your entire vocal range so you can sing from low to high without flips, cracks, or strain. You’ll learn to sing with the same ease as speaking, while gaining: - Increased vocal range and endurance - More power and resonance - Greater breath control and stamina - Freedom to sing any genre - Long-term vocal health and injury prevention This method works for every singer — beginner or professional — and the results are fast. Many students feel and hear a clear difference within just one or two sessions. Initial consultation – £229 A focused 1-hour session to assess your voice, discuss your goals, and create a tailored plan for improvement. 4 × 1-hour package – £799 Save 12% compared to individual sessions. A cost-effective way to establish a routine and see measurable progress in a short timeframe. Bespoke package – from £170/session // on application only A custom monthly arrangement for committed, long-term vocal coaching. Minimum 18-month commitment. The most cost-effective way to build your voice into everything you want it to be. Most clients start with the initial consultation to understand the process and experience working with me. They then progress to the 4-session package before moving to a bespoke arrangement if they’re ready for a deeper, ongoing commitment.
