About Greta
I sat at the bench at 6 years old and realized that piano was my voice. Hand independence, music theory, scales and arpeggios, and ear training are my core focus areas.
I incorporate pop, contemporary, and classical repertoire to keep things sharp. Sight-reading and sight-playing are also essential parts of the process.
Having taught 106 students, I know how to navigate technical hurdles efficiently. My degree from Manhattan School of Music ensures a high standard of instruction. I prioritize clarity in every movement.

You will find that our first meeting establishes a baseline for your hand independence and sight-reading ability. I utilize the same methodology that guided my 13 years of experience in the industry. We work through scales and arpeggios to build a foundation for classical or contemporary pieces. Ear training is integrated into the middle of our time together.
I adapt the session to your current skill level while maintaining a focus on music theory. It is truly rewarding to watch you master a complex rhythm.
