About Tanuba

I am a Managing Consultant in IT and Solution Architecture. I have worked in Globusssoft, HCL Technologies, Gatwick Airport London, Office Of Communication UK and Capgemini for 10 years. I have cracked 21 interviews in IT and Corporate. I am experienced in mentoring and coaching people to find suitable job, prepare for interviews, developing and managing work relationships, selection of domain and courses. I also have experience in Entrepreneurship. I am certified in ITIL Service Transition and Prince 2 Project Management.

About the lesson

I believe in interactive coaching. Before recommendations or designing the pattern, I interact with the individual and I try to draw the vision for the candidate. Then I create milestones which are short, mid and long term and also encourage the person to create capability to make decisions which are appropriate. I encourage each person everyday that how things can be improved, can be transitioned and advanced if we know what are our surroundings are. Also I use examples and used cases as reference.
