About Jor Yi

Hi! I’m a native Chinese speaker born and raised in Malaysia, and I’ve been speaking Mandarin my whole life—at home, at school, and at work. I understand the challenges Malaysians face when learning Chinese, especially if it’s not your first language. That’s why I focus on making every lesson friendly, flexible, and practical for real-life situations. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to level up, I’ll guide you step by step—with patience and positive vibes only!

About the lesson

Introvert friendly. No boring syllabus. Just fun, enjoyable, and stress-free chats to help you learn Chinese from zero or improve your Chinese. I teach from Malay or English to Chinese—tailored for daily life, work, or cultural curiosity. It’s introvert-friendly, relaxed, and built around your pace. Let’s explore the Chinese language together while celebrating Malaysia’s beautifully diverse and harmonious multiracial society.
