Hi, I'm Hyunju. I help people who feel tension or discomfort in their lower back. Especially after Pilates , strength training, or Deadlifts.
My approach focuses on repositioning the pelvis and ribs so that you can use your deep core muscles more effectively while you breathing naturally and walking in daily life. Many of clients tell me that my sessions feel very different from other Pilates classes. because I don't ask you to constantly tighten or brace your abs during every movement.
