My name is Adrian Romero, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer.
I have been underweight, overweight, and struggled with overcoming negative habits to build the positive habits necessary to create a new life for myself.
I’ve made all the mistakes and committed countless hours of evidence-based research so you don’t have to.

We charge $300 per month for 3 months. We don’t really charge “per lesson” because we will have the full course ready and available for you 24/7 to use during the full 12 Weeks.
