About Andre
Hey, I’m André — a certified fitness and nutrition coach. I grew up overweight, unsure where to start, and eventually turned that struggle into my greatest strength. Fitness completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally and spiritually — and now it’s my purpose to help others experience that same transformation. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients build strength, lose fat, and gain confidence through sustainable training and nutrition systems. My approach is personal, structured, and focused on lasting results — no fad diets, no extremes. Just real progress, built step by step.
