About Shannon
I am on my own spiritual journey, helping others to change their lives and take back control of their own mental health and well-being. I wish to connect with people suffering with mental illness that want help finding a way forward. I can help you create a life you feel safe, happy and ultimately proud to be a part of.
I can teach you how to over come fears, change distructive behaviour patterns and release guilt, shame and regret over the past. Gain confidence , take control of emotions, learn to use meditation and find a new way forward. Together we will attract abundance with small changes that will have a great impact in all areas of your life.
Having spent the last year working on myself mentally, emotionally and spiritually after experiencing a breakdown triggered by relationship stress, financial difficulties, grief and loss I have been able to overcome 8 years of depression and anxiety using mindfulness and meditation. I am now ready to help others do the same.
My experience of suffering with my mental health whilst being a single parent and not knowing I was mentally unwell has given me insight into the reality people face every day of living with this invisible disease. My own passion about mental well-being and taking control of your own life comes from the huge positive impact I have had in my own life, especially with my children in so many ways I never imagined possible.
The magic is there it just needs to be found.
Sometimes all it takes is someone to listen, I am happy to be that person.

Everyone is differant , with differant issues to work through and at differant stages of life so I go with what works best for that person. Ultimately my goal is to pass on knowledge, teach skills and listen - all these are key to helping you find your path in life and begin your journey towards inner peace and happiness.
It is a personal experience and different each time therefore I tailor the way I work to suit the individual needs of the person.
