About Sofija

Hi there! I'm Sofija, a 20 year old singer/songwriter and educator from the middle-of-nowhere Maine! I've been writing poetry since my early childhood, and have been an avid writer for the past 10 years. I'm a certified writing center tutor, and have achieved all of this thanks to my background as a first generation American. Growing up as a bilingual child has provided me with a very useful and objective perspective on English and the mechanics of language as a whole.

Currently, I'm a studio composition major in college, working towards a bachelors degree and teaching certifications. As a music major, I understand and experience all of the college struggles firsthand, so I'll be here to support you in any way that I can through your academic endeavors!

>I've been running a private music studio since 2018
>I have one year of classroom experience as the music teacher at a catholic primary school
